How do I make a return?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return request.

🎄 As part of the holiday season, returns are exceptionally extended until 04/01/26 .

Exchange or return conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must:

- To be new , unworn and unwashed,
- To be returned in its original packaging
- Show no signs of wear or makeup.

Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
