How do I use a gift card?
Gift cards are valid only on redmacchiato.com.
The order must be placed in the same currency as the gift card.
All gift cards are valid for 1 year from their date of purchase and can be used multiple times.
When paying for your order, simply enter the code in the “Gift card coupon/code” box.
Order
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order has been validated, it will unfortunately not be possible to modify or cancel it.
I haven't received an order confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you still can't find it there, please contact us at hello@redmacchiato.com
We will verify that your order has been received and will provide you with information regarding your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is prepared, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your delivery information, including the tracking number and carrier. A link will also be provided so you can track your package.
Is it possible to reserve an item if it is being restocked?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve an item in advance. We invite you to sign up for our back-in-stock alerts and subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of restocks and avoid missing out on your favorite items.
Delivery
What are the shipping and delivery times?
Each order is prepared and shipped from our Bordeaux workshop within 3 to 5 working days.
- Colissimo home delivery within 48 hours.
- Mondial Relay delivery within 3 to 4 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
Orders are shipped either to your home via tracked letter or Colissimo, or to a Mondial Relay collection point.
Delivery within mainland France is free for orders over €80 via Mondial Relay. For orders under this amount, the cost is €4.
For home deliveries in France, the price is €2 by tracked letter or €8 by Colissimo.
For deliveries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden) the rate is €10 for international tracked letter, from €15 for Colissimo.
For international deliveries (United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States) the rate is €15 by international tracked letter, €35 by Colissimo.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If your order is not available for delivery, appears to be blocked, or cannot be located, please contact us at hello@redmacchiato.com with your order number.
We will launch an investigation as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the deadline for returning my order?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and tags attached. Please ensure they are returned in their original packaging.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make your return request.
Exchanges are free from France.
Click on 'Request a return' and choose the relevant order number. We will provide you with a Mondial Relay return label.
Place the items to be returned in the box of your choice or in their original packaging. Affix the provided label to them.
Don't forget to include your order number in your package so we can identify your return and process your refund.
Please feel free to give us as much detail as possible about the reasons for this return; we improve thanks to you.
Find a Mondial Relay point and drop off your return parcel there within 7 days.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the product at our workshop.
Are returns possible for personalized accessories?
Personalized accessories are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Our customization process allows you to check your accessory before confirming your order.
Indeed, when you contact us for a personalized accessory, we work with you via photos and interactive dialogue. You place your order once you have approved the trim and its personalized accessory.
I would like to exchange an item
To exchange an item, we offer a refund. You can return the item that doesn't suit you using our return procedure. As soon as we receive it, we will process the refund.
