Deliveries

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 working hours and are then shipped either to your home by tracked letter without insurance or by tracked Colissimo with insurance, or to a Mondial Relay collection point.

The delivery time from the carrier (La Poste) is 48 to 72 hours.

Red Macchiato cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. Therefore, no refunds are possible.

You are hereby informed that it is your responsibility to provide exactly all the details necessary for the proper routing of your Order and for perfect delivery (access code, access specification, etc.).

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will inform you of the arrangements for storing your package and making it available, under the full and exclusive responsibility of the carrier.

If the delivery address you provided is invalid and therefore results in the package being returned for non-receipt at the address provided, you will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the package to the new address provided.

You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order, as well as a link to the carrier's website to track your package.

Returns and exchanges

In accordance with Article L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 business days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in new, unworn, and undamaged condition, suitable for resale. Return requests must be made using the " Request a Return" form within a maximum of 14 days.

Any item that has been personalized cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Promotional items, items from our archives or from the “imperfect” category, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any returned item that is damaged will not be eligible for a full refund.

The refund will be made within 15 days from the date on which the return has been received by Red Macchiato if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.

Exchanges are offered from mainland France and are carried out via Mondial Relay using the slip provided by Red Macchiato, following your online request.

Returns from mainland France are made via Mondial Relay using the label provided by Red Macchiato, following your online request. A deduction of 5 euros is made for return costs.

For returns from abroad , return shipping costs are simplified and are your responsibility. We will provide you with a shipping label, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.
